Description: The Stout chapter of the Menomonie Association for the Education of Young Children was formed in 1969. It is the professional organization for Early Childhood Education majors. The group was formed to encourage the study, interpretation and improvement of the education and general well-being of young children. The collection consists of two scrapbooks containing minutes of meetings, brochures, programs, photographs and miscellaneous materials.
